Under contract currently, began with Tim. He is very personable and kind gentleman. Can be all business if needed and also treat you like a human being as well. Explained everything from the process and questions to going over every bullet of the very simple — no lawyer speak contract. Will update in a couple weeks when (hopefully) we finish up.
